VidMoly provides cloud video hosting, storage, encoding, CDN delivery, analytics and monetization services.

You must register an account to use our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You agree not to upload, share or distribute content that is illegal, infringing, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
5. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of your uploaded content. By uploading, you grant VidMoly a license to host, encode, distribute and display your content.
6. Prohibited Content
Content that violates copyright, contains malware, promotes violence, or is otherwise illegal is strictly prohibited on VidMoly.
7. Storage and Bandwidth
Free accounts are subject to storage limits and inactivity policies. Videos without views for extended periods may be removed.
8. Monetization
VidMoly may offer monetization features. Revenue sharing is subject to our monetization policies and may change at our discretion.
9. DMCA Compliance
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content infringes your copyright, please submit a DMCA notice through our designated process.
10. Privacy
Your use of VidMoly is subject to our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data as described therein.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice.
12. Limitation of Liability
VidMoly is provided 'as is' without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold VidMoly harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.
